Great pictures. I love that second picture, the way that the light hits his rack makes an awsome shot.

Bigger would be better, but there is nothing like those summer shots of bucks in velvet to get the blood pumping, the season isn't too far away!

...So per Mike Eastman's (or was it David Long?) field measuring guide/rule of thumb(based on ear length) these bucks would be 24-26" does that seem right? these racks look much wider...except for the middle.

Those are beautiful shots! Now, if you would just be so kind as to PM the GPS coordinates, life would be grand...tehehehe.
There is nothing better than bucks in velvet. Keep those pics coming! You have a great eye.

Thanks ...I would post more pictures, I know alot of guys could and would to. It just depends on how brave you are about showing to much of the location. The dark horned buck came out right before dark and we were in his way so he walked right by. The next morning we were on the ridge glassing a different area and we bumped the 2nd nicer deer on our way off the ridge, just got lucky on him he ran out in the open to see what had spooked him. the little spindling buck was trying to get a buck to play with him, he kept nudging him and prancing around, finally he started tearing around the hillside and ran right up on me probably 40-50 yards. all and all it was way more animals and bucks then I had anticipated
