Bellingham Blacktail
« on: August 17, 2012, 12:28:12 PM »
A friend of mine on FB posted this pic.  I wish bowhunting was allowed in B'ham city limits.  There's some real toads living there.   :bash:  :bash:  :bash:  :bash:  :bash:

I thought Bow hunting WAS legal in the city limits.  :dunno:  I know hunting isn't allowed at all in Sudden Valley, but I thought that was just their cummunity law.  Ive seen some nice bucks eating out of bird feeders in the valley.  :bash:

I go to school at Western. Last year on the evening before late buck I ran into a monster rutty 5x5 in the woods just off campus. He was so close I was practically touching him. Definitely got the adrenaline rushing... Of course I didn't see another deer for the rest of the weekend when I was actually hunting...that's Wetside blacktail hunting at its finest right there. SMH

Oh and that 5pt is now a 6pt. We saw him on the side of the road not too long ago. Bham does have some monsters.
