I did a ton of reading on how to prep a Lee mold. It helped a lot.
On my first batch, I ended up 'culling' almost 3/4 of them. But that's cool too. Don't like 'em? Just melt 'em back down and pour again!

My 2nd try was much better with probably 80% keepers.
Like anything else, practice makes 'perfect'!

Pouring was fun too.
I can't say yet how they will group, but I can hit a clay pigeon off-hand at 60yards!

Peeled an impressive chunk out of the side of a doug fir too.
Even tho not legal for hunting, I want to get a scope on the Bighorn for patterning. That will take the 'old guy eyes' variable out of the accuracy equation!
