Holy Nikon Service!!
« on: September 09, 2012, 09:25:51 PM »
I am not a Nikon rep or do I have any obligation to write this for them,
10 years ago I purchased a set of ( nothing real fancy 10x42) Nikon binos.  After 5 years they were beat to hella and fogging on the inside.  I called and they said send them back and well fix them.  They sent back a brand new pair in the box , case/ strap and all at NO CHARGE.

I had thoes for 5 years and same story, they got beat to hella and were fogging up.  I called them back up and , yep, same story, send them back and well fix them.  They sent me another pair of brand new binos in the box case strap on and all at NO CHARGE.   3 pair of binos for the price of one!! This doesnt happen these days.

I am looking at giving these to my wife andupgrading to a better glass.  After the customer service I got I dont think I could go with any other manufacture.
I don’t give a damn for a man that can only spell a word one way. "Mark Twain"

It is better to be consistently incorrect than inconsistently correct...

Sarcasm: The ability to insult stupid people without them realizing it.

My level of sarcasm depends on your level of stupidity...

Sarcasm makes smart people laugh and stupid people mad.

The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!
