Just picked one of those up myself and am heading up this weekend to snag it after its initial 2 week soak.Did yours give you problems with the red aiming light? Mine didn't work worth a damn.All in all though, good price and like you said - free shipping.

It seems to spread out and doesn't have much range. But I didn't really spend a lot of time trying it. I'll try to pay more attention to it next time.
Our's eats a lot of batteries!!! But most of the time it's nov when then are up and cold as heck. Plus taking around 1500 pics every 3-4 days
That is what I have been thinking of doing as well. I am going to buy a new batch of cams this year. I might do another batch of d55's with battery packs.
I put it out about a week ago looking over a big pile of apples. Got 360 pictures of 2, or possibly 3 deer, one of which is a little buck.
