Both Mike and Paul are excellent!! If you ever get a bear get their sweet-hot jerky And yea Mike turned my elk away once, wasn't very dirty in my humble opinion but they had a full cooler and it did have some pine needles on it. From then on we've made sure it's super clean.

i used linds meats for my bear....and it turned out awesome, had a few buddys use them for deer and elk that i work with and it all turned out awesome, and they are affordable to for what i had done i felt.... then theres olsons in enumclaw, being local to them iv purchased meats from them and have never had a bad cut of steak etc. Id go to either or any day.

I have used Lind's for all of my meat for years, always top notch and they are great guys!!

Linds also does awsome smoked Hams at thanksgiving. Man now im hungry!!!!
