Is unit 382 open to hunt opening day or is it going to be closed

Its all closed down for fire danger no public land there anyway!

There are some sections of state land in that unit, and it's open for hunting.

Not to much that isn't land locked by private property, better know for sure they are really patrolling this year!

Right, there isn't a lot, but there is some state land, and it's all open to hunting. Of course, as you said, you can't hunt the landlocked state sections, unless you have permission to cross the private land to get there.
