Trophy Ridge Customer Service - good experience

I sent two Trophy Ridge bow sights in for service because the aluminum brackets were mangled from many, many adjustments while I was trying to get sighted in.  What I learned is that I have been too aggressive on over tightening.  Not a problem for Trophy Ridge, they replaced the brackets no charge and now I'm back in business.  Good service and I'm going to take it easy on the tightening from now on!
