By the way, I normally don't pack out an elk rack like it shows in the picture without some serious blaze orange on it, but I knew that at that point all of the permit holders in the unit had tagged out.  The only people up there were two backpackers with purple all over their faces from eating blueberries.

Congrats Bradslam! any margaret bull that gets taken out of the backcountry is a trophy in my book.  I can tell where you were at just by the photos.  I will be in there the next 3 weekends.

I'll take a bottle for clearing and having it flagged well for you guys. Man that trail is sure getting used. Hope there are some elk left on that side of the mountain.

You going to be up in Margaret for the muzzy hunt or just scouting Whittier for the cow tag? I'll be up in there camped at Obscurity. Heading up friday morning.

Any other muzzy bull tag holders on here? Should be 14 bull and 70 cow hunters.
