Have my monkey that Dale personally gave me and you can bet it will go on every hunt with me from now on.  Just hard to believe he's gone.  God broke the mold on him....what a character.  Not sure what was more fun....going hunting with Yelp, Dale and others, both spring turkey and ML deer, or just being entertained by the "Mailman" during the week.  Just not ever going to be the same again.   :(

Here's the monkey Dale gave me.  An exact duplicate except longer hair.  But don't let the longer hair fool ya.......he's a "Mail" monkey.

A great weekend.  Took out both nephews and got them their first deer.  They are hooked!

Another for the books...  This deer was taken opening morning.  The monkey is one that my boys love.  Dale would grin from ear to ear when they would use it as a strike indicator.  But we learned that this monkey also likes to hunt!  Dale would call this a NBA (No Braaten Around) hunt!

Yelp...that is one of the coolest things I have ever seen!!! Your crew is having an awesome season and you know thats gotta be putting the biggest smile on Dale's face as he watches down upon you. Sorry for the loss of a great friend and companion. Monkey on!!!

Great to see all those kids being successful!  Cole is growing up!  He was just starting to turkey hunt the last time I saw him in camp.  Way to go Cole!
