Wolf Success Gets Death Threats on Facebook
« on: October 18, 2012, 07:54:04 PM »
A howling success for Boyd man

By Paul A. Smith of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Oct. 17, 2012

As the sun dipped to the horizon Monday, the Eau Claire County forest around Dennis and Shelley Nitz echoed with the howls of gray wolves.

The husband and wife hunkered in a circular blind of discarded treetops and listened.

Dennis Nitz played a recording of a distressed rabbit. The howls and yips grew closer. The wolves, at least four and perhaps as many as 10, converged from three sides.

... Nitz's wolf was one of four killed by hunters in Wisconsin on Monday. The DNR has set the statewide harvest quota at 201.

Photos of Nitz with the dead wolf were placed on Facebook on Monday night. He said he started to receive death threats within minutes.

Death threats to someone who obviously owns firearms, that sounds like a self correcting error!

Seams like a deat threat made on a public forum like facebook (or any forum for that matter) could be a felony at minimum and possible an act of domestic terrorism.  Find the person or group making the threat and make an example out of them.

Death threats from the wolf lovers against a hunter? Wow, I'm shocked. Just like the Democrats using the the KKK against the blacks in the South, just like ELF burning down mansions in Woodinville, just like Hitlers gas chambers,  just like  the Soviets and their Gulag. Liberals are all cut from the same cloth. Thanks for reminding us who you really are.

Should be real easy for the authorities to investigatethe people making the threats, it's not like there is any privacy with Facebook, LOL

These kind of people make my head spin. Many of them are pro abortion (baby killing), anti death penalty (kill a baby but spare a serial killer?), let a wolf kill as many cattle as they wish, save a wolf at all cost, but kill any human that legally hunts them.

I just can't figure them out.
