Late Elk Archery on Private land

Okay, We have access to 40 acres of private land in the 564 unit. I know the 40 acres holds deer and I am not sure about elk. The land owner has not seen elk on his land. When we hunt the mountains we use salt blocks and grain along with our game camera's.

I know the elk are in this area and was wondering if you hunters might know a good way to bring them in so late in the season?

Is it difficult to bring elk in if they dont pass through on a normal basis?
