I was out bird hunting w/ my dog yesterday and saw a Huge whitetail. All of the does scattered over the , but the buck was sniffing the ground. We walked to within 100. Yds before he noticed us. I think it scared the @&$( out of him!

Guess I'll have to put my snow tires on before I head to 113!
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

Leaving in the morning and will be in the 124 and 117 by dark to check cams.  Best review gets the blind in the AM on Saturday!  Good luck to all!

(and I'm happy to be going back to E. Washington (been hunting Westside elk.) IF I never see devils club, swamps or giant puckerbrush again this year it will be too soon.)

I also lie as I'll be out on the 14th trying to fill my tag.

Headed out to GMU 101 in the AM to do some scouting for my first white tail bow hunt this weekend, I hope they are moving.  Will post a report on activity if I can get a signal out there.  Good luck to everyone.
