Rimrock wolf
« on: November 03, 2012, 03:47:48 PM »
Was out in the afternoon walking through some clear cuts and to my left where some thick trees and brush. At first I thought it was a coyote but was to big and the long legs and the ears got me to realize it was a wolf. It came running out of the trees and stopped and stared at me for a few and ran off. Really didn't think there were wolves in that area.

What part of bethel?  I posted in the sightings thread of signs and howling in there last year.

According to my friend on the Natural Resources committee, WDFW didn't put wolves in the Cascades, so blast away. Shoot every BIG coyote you see.

Shoot, Shovel, Share to location of the pack so we can can all shoot a wolf!

I heard another story about wolves in that area about three weeks ago. Crazy.

My grandson and I were Elk hunting a couple miles south of rimrock lake on 10 - 23 - 12 and we saw 2 wolfs.  One a big gray and the other one was almost black. So they are there for sure!!!

Please make reports on WDFW website.  The more reports the closer we get to delisting... they have to know about them to find them and document....
