When apply and are drawn for the multi season tag do you still have to choose W side or E side on elk? And can you apply for special draw tag in multiple weapon categories as well??

With multi season elk tag you can hunt either side of the state. And yes, you can apply for any of the special permits, but remember, you still only have two choices in the quality category.
