BBQ'D Tri-Tip on the Pellet Stove

Tri-Tip is one of my favorite cut's of meat to BBQ.  I did this one up while I was watching my Vikings get creamed on Sunday. :(  Hope you enjoy the pictures.   John

Trimmed ready for the rub

Applied rub and into fridge for the night

Pulled from grill and wrapped for 4 hours to rest.


Sliced and plated

Oh yeah tri tip on the grill or in the smoker it just doesn't get any better. What's the smoke flavor. BTW it looks like you cooked that to the perfect doness  :drool:
