BBQ'D Tri-Tip on the Pellet Stove
« on: November 09, 2012, 11:11:55 PM »
Tri-Tip is one of my favorite cut's of meat to BBQ.  I did this one up while I was watching my Vikings get creamed on Sunday. :(  Hope you enjoy the pictures.   John

Trimmed ready for the rub

Applied rub and into fridge for the night

Pulled from grill and wrapped for 4 hours to rest.

Sliced and plated

If you love something you will set it free, if it don't come home, hunt it down and kill it.
