Breakfast sausage.
One year we had a bunch processed so that it was like chipped beef. Not sure how that was done, but my brother and I would eat it right out of the freezer.

I made jerky out of all the rib meat, all that pretty much is eaten up in a weeks time... Have tons of roasts and steaks, hate to waste it all in sausage or something you dont taste the meat much in, but maybe thats all there is?
Id like to try make summer sausage and landjager myself someday..

Ground bear really makes great chilli meat. Give it a try.

I love bear sausage. The rest will make great chili, meatloaf and many other things.

We had our bear meat made into bratwursts. They were great.
I would grill them or slice them and add the bear brats to a pesto pasta, scramble eggs and add brats also.
We have a roast left that I'm gonna make a stew with.

biscuits and gravy, spaghetti, hamburger helper, tacos, stew, plain old breakfast sausage. I think those are the only ways I've had the sausage.
