Cam Question?
« on: November 27, 2012, 07:27:36 PM »
I am in the market for a couple of decent Trail Cameras. I am looking for something that is on the smaller end and also something that does not eat up the batteries. Video is ok, but not mandatory No flash would be good as well. I guess that would be the IR? I am looking to keep the cost below $150 each. I am pretty new to this arena so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

If you can wait a month or two, there should be some good prices on trail cams when the new models come out at the beginning of the year.

You might do some reading on http://www.chasingame.com/forum/search.php?search_id=active_topics

Over there they seem to be bragging up the Covert Mp6 and Covert Red 40.

Also the Moultrie M80 black flash gets good reviews.

Black flash is the new thing this year, and that's probably what I would go with if I had a budget of $150 per camera.

Your wants describe the Moultrie M-80 to a T. I love mine and have 5 of them.

 :yeah:
I love mine too. I have 6 and lock boxes for them. With lithium batteries you get thousands of pics.

"HOYT" why would you even consider shooting something else?
