Just curious if anyone shot a bull this year in Hancock?  Never heard or saw any thing beside the one guy that was muzzleloading that didn't get one looking for a big boy.  Anyone know anyone that drew the tag?  Just curious hoping that one day I draw a tag in there!

I hunted with a guy this year who's friend was drawn and picked the rifle hunt. He killed a pig of a bull, I would guess around 380'' but only got one photo. I can't post it though, sorry. I'm sure I'll get some crap for even saying this but it's true.

I have a trail cam pic of a bull from Kapowsin I guessed to be close to 380. Would be interesting to know if its the same bull trophyhunt's friend killed. Near as I could tell it was a 7x8 but the picture isn't great.

That 5x7 is a gorgeous bull.

Awesome bull there.  I understand totally about the big bull pictures.  Just curious usually you see or hear more about them.  Hopefully one of us gets the tag this year!!!  There are some damn nice bulls in there.  Good to hear.

Don't they only give out 6 quality bull tags total for Hancock each year? and during the hunt gates are closed to all but the Lucky hunters?

They also draw 6 tags for the employees, which is a much, much smaller pool to draw from. Wish I had a part time job there!!! Like I said earlier, they should give out more elk tags. :twocents:

No, but the guy I'm talking about killed like a 320 bull in there this year, that has not been posted or talked about on here.  I don't think there were any 360+ bulls taken this year
wer there?

You don't even need to work at Hancock to actually get drawn as well, if your spouse works there, they can get drawn and have their other half hunt in there.  I know thats happened a couple times.

Just wish there were more tags, so I could get a shot and not have to envy the other lucky hunters!   :)

Anyone been in Hancock today or can see the snow level in there.  The news snow report changes every day.  Just curious how far down the snow is if any.  Going in there tomorrow for late deer.  Hope to find a nice buck!  Sure wished I had a job in there!!! would be nice to draw elk tags all the time!!!
