had some issues with my dps1200 powder dispenser/scale and sent it in without any accessories(calibration weght, powder hopper, pan, etc.) because I didn't want them rolling around in the box. I also didn't send the power supply because my pup chewed the cord but I did put a note in there about all of that.
they sent me a letter saying they could repair mine for $50 or I could upgrade to the latest model ($380) for $150 if I let them keep mine.
Good Deal!! since upgrading mine to include the features the new one has would have cost me more than that and they paid shipping. another good company to deal with
