How do you hide/disguise your trail camera?

I generally stay away from trails and place it on a thick tree with a section clear on the back side just enough for the cam to get good pics yet not have false triggers from blowing limbs

Walked in to my camera this morning in snow.  pulled my camera, and found out why I wasn't getting pictures lately.  Plenty of fresh deer tracks in the immediate area, but NONE are using the crossing where my camera was.
