Winston access off 504

I'm finally going to the Winston for my last day of late season elk hoping/hunting. Can anyone give me info on where I can enter from the 504 side around Pattys Place? Any pointers would be grate I have heard there aren't a lot of gates but I'm not sure if there are any on that side. Also Do the gates open at a certain time in the morning or are they open all season? PS as a Hail Mary.... any honey holes? PM of coarse

theres the 1900 rd system just before ya get to kid valley,its on the left

all gates up there should be open.

gates are open..active logging on the road before the bridge before you get to the 1900 coming from 505..not sure rd #..sign sais you can get in on weekend...we didnt read well enough and walked up a ways before logger running machine informed us we could drive up
