BIG BULL DOWN?????
« on: September 09, 2008, 09:40:57 PM »
I am currently sitting at my desk watching my cell for confirmation! My brother calls me at 8:40pm to tell me he nailed a big bull at 40 yds. right behind his house!
As soon as I get the call he found it, I will post his story and pics!!!
If any one remembers last year he missed a giant 6x6 behind his house only to later tag a big 5x7 on another piece of property in Elbe!
Some guys have all the luck!

Figiting,
Finnman

Its why I am sitting at the desk and not out there with my dad, brother in law and 2 cousins! :bash: I am improving every week but it sure comes a little at a time. I still can't walk down a grade without a large amount of pain but I can do the stairs pretty good! My flexibility is real good and they said I held good muscle tone during the process, so thats is encouraging. :twocents:
My timing just really sucks!
He shot it about 1,800 feet from his property,on timber lands, its a long walk through a lot of brush for a gimp like me!

It's not the size of the trophy that make's it a trophy.

You may just be one person in this world. But you may be the world to just one person.

I could not stay up any longer so I went to bed, he called my cell 15 minutes later saying they found it! He is a nice 6x6 frame minus an eye guard on each side which makes him a big 5x5, I will post pics tonight!

Love that!  Great way to put it.  :chuckle:  I'll have to remember that when I kill my 3pt. deer this year....if only it wasn't missing those G-3's and the kicker it would've been..... :chuckle:  Just kiddin' of course.  Congrats to your brother....look forward to the pics.
