wool pants

hello!

I am searching for wool pants with these characteristics:

1) only wool, or at least mostly wool
2) very thick, 400gsm and above, ideally 600gsm
3) not too much tight fit, ideally as bulky as possible
4) it must be comfortable for underwear use
5) price... isnt there any that doesnt cost +100??

any recommendation?
