Grouse Help
« on: December 28, 2012, 10:18:02 AM »
Anyone know any grouse spots within an hour or so of Puyallup? Im taking my wife out for a hike/hunt. Possibly get her into hunting.

Thanks!

Havn't been to wilkeson in a while but there used to be grouse up there and it's not too low in elevation. Close to puyallup also, Good luck.

yes sir, go up scott turner road, go all the way to state land and just drive, hopefully the snow wont be to deep but you will eventually go up a super steep hill at the top you will go another mile and there will be a gate on your right, just get out and walk, go to the camp ground and go down the road behind the camp ground, there is alot of huckleberry bushes and stuff, and alot of snow berries, its useally good for 2 or 3 birds  good luck to ya
my grandpa always said "if it aint broke dont fix it"
