Cast Iron Elk Steak!

Heat skillet on woodstove with 3-4 tablespoons oil. Stove top heat about 425ish. Place steaks in skillet couple minutes per side. I watch the blood come to top then flip till blood comes to top again. DONE! Did a light season of a general Johnies and Elk Steak! Dont forget the greens for proper passage!

Fry up some cabbage with some cajun seasoning on it and you won't have any troubles with passage

It's also really good sauteed with garlic and some sesame oil.
