IQ W/retina lock

I'm just setting up my first bow and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me anything good or bad about this sight? It's the 4 pin sight.
Light travels faster than sound. That's why some people appear to be bright until you hear them speak.

My opinion is that when first starting out a 4 pin setup is good.  That will keep you from taking too long of a shot at a deer or elk.  But once you become confident, experienced in your shooting at live targets you could move to a 7 pin setup.  I shoot the 7 deadly pins by Spot Hogg.  Love that sight pin.
