Might want to look into the lt a little more!  There is an elk feeding station on the westside of the n wenas road.  Closed area is around that.  Alot of the LT is open for hunting still.  Snow is deep and drifty.  So take a sled or quad on the roads and should find some extreamly over called coyotes!

Lots of callers hitting Durr. Last time I was there I must have been right behind someone else. Boot tracks at all the main spots. Just need to walk in a little farther to get away from the road hunters.

There is tons of open ground in the Wenas.  ANything out sheep company and the many access points out the main Wenas road all the way to Ellensburg(right hand side of road).   Stuff on the left is either closed due to the wintering elk to vehicle and foot traffic.  NO ACCESS.   Once you get out on the Ellensburg pass road, the stuff to the left is closed to motorized but open to foot "for the most part"   Lots of public, some private.   Make sure you aren't hunting someones yard.   Ribka might not enjoy that.    As hard as sheep company is hunted I have coyotes funneling out past my place EVERY NIGHT.  I shot one in my yard with the longbow last week.

The yard is two acres, across the fence is "THE LT".  Which is rather extensive.
