Help with Howa M 1500 .22-250

I'm wondering if this replacement works for this gun and, if so, are the clips worth a darn?

Have installed a dozen or so on customers rifle. Have heard no complaints. They're not Seekins, but for an economical drop in, not bad. :)
That Sword is more important than the Shield!
