Congress has a much bigger fish to fry right now, they will not take time to fight Obama on any gun issue right now until this budget/fiscal cliff issue is dealt with, which is not going to get done anytime soon.

 What is "gun trafficking" ?  Who gets to define it? Of course once tagged with felony charges you no longer are able to posess a firearm then each posession carries another felony charge.......by creating more felons you effectively dissarm the public.....baby steps.
 
  So by trading guns with my Oregon res brother across state lines without an FFL am I gun traffcking? Probably, so that would make me a felon and no longer leagaly able to posses a firearm. Hypotheticaly of course.
