WTF is a governors tag?

NICE bull,  I was on a fire in Dayton and on the drive one morning from camp to Heli-spot we saw a nice bull, i have been putting in for a bull tag in the area yet to be pulled.  Is the guy who shot it on this site?

Talked to my uncle who live in Walla walla, gues there are some people who are pissed off because the guy who shot the elk hired 2 guys and paid them like 10 grand to go and find the elk and the show him where it is, the problem they have is that the two guys do not have a guiding license.

you don't need one in the state of washington! you just need a business licence.
