Fish and Wildlife enforcement issue

   AN ACT Relating to the enforcement of hunting activities of tribal members; and adding a new section to chapter 77.15 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
   NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.15 RCW to read as follows:   
   Fish and wildlife officers and ex-officio fish and wildlife officers may not inspect, investigate, or take other enforcement action against any person engaged in hunting activities if the person is a tribal member in possession of a valid tribal hunting license. Any officer or ex-officio officer shall immediately refer any matter involving the hunting activities of a tribal member in possession of a valid tribal hunting license to the enforcement authority of the licensing tribe.
