Mesquite Smoked Chicken

I couldn't stand looking at those smoked oysters, so I had to smoke some chicken.
I did a mesquite smoke with my super secret rub and a maple glaze.
Holy Moses it was good... :drool:
But anything that comes out of the smoker is good!

Looks good Herb, and yes them oysters & cheese were great  :chuckle: I am trying to decide what Im gonna smoke today  :dunno:
