Do you use a sausage stuffer or do you use your meat grinder for stuffing?I have had issues getting meat grinders to work with stuffing.
Thanks for the compliments. Truth be told…….I don’t like it. I had my son, wife and brother try it and they didn’t care for it either. I am not sure what it is. I knew it wouldn’t taste just like store bought, but I couldn’t eat it. My wife and son just weren’t into the flavor. I could almost taste what I would describe as a “metal” taste. Kind like biting a piece of foil. My brother had a similar response. I gave a sample to a couple coworkers and one said that it was good and another said it was great so they both got big bags of lj the next day. I sent the rest to my wife’s family in Pasco.I don’t know if the spices/salt/cure and cookie sheet had some chemical reaction or what, but I have never made sausage that no one in my house didn’t want to eat.
