Any other info? Rules regulations? anything?

the rules are all state regs apply, and they normally have ping pong balls to put in the mouth so you can't fake it... If it is the same as years past there is a break down for 1,2,3 for the different categories. Make sure you have your hunting Lic handy you will need your wild ID # I'm looking forward to going again this year.

Registration starts at 4pm Friday. $100 per two person team buys you 2 raffle tickets and 2 meal tickets. All hunters must weigh in by 6pm on Saturday.
This event is my favorite hunting trip every season. Nothing like an excuse to go hunting for 24 hours straight with your best friend! We usually get skunked but always have a great time.

They payed out in 3 catagories biggest male, female, most coyotes... As i recall you could only  take one place in each catagory, so if you took the biggest male you also could not get the 3rd largest and collec the $ for both payouts... On the other post about the hunt i posted the weights of the largest animals and most # of dogs

Did it years back. I shy'd away since when the winning team rolled in with 27 dogs. Bs.... It sounds like they've changed the process since but I lost all interest in coyote derbies since then. More fun rolling dogs with buddies and putting my $ aside for ammo!
