I loved smoked oysters on crackers with cheese.  This is a staple at elk camp and a beer sets it over the top.

Will you share your smoked oyster brine with us krack? I can't seem to find one that turns out the way I like. Many of them, not even the neighbor cats will eat.

sirmissalot, i have never smoked them i buy them in a can because i have no idea where and how to get them :bash: but these were from a buddy who does smoke them, ill ask him  :tup:
