i used to jog this trail all the time when i lived in enumclaw to get in shape for the high buck hunt

ah, I see. It's an actual trail.  From the first post I thought you were talking about a training regimen or something.

You find me up there usually a couple a times a week. Throw a heavy pack on and do it twice for time.

If you are looking it up online, try pinnacle peak in enumclaw, part of King County parks.  Great training hike, 2 different sides, lots of cut off trails

I used to run it, hike it with a pack, etc. Pretty good if you want to get in a quick workout.
