I've had good luck with many of the fold up foam hens. Easy to pack and seem to work well with Toms and hens. Watch for sales and you won't go broke. My buddy spent some money on the 3D decoys and I didn't see a difference in how the turkeys treated them. Just my 2 cents

Thanks I have some foam ones and was looking to upgrade, so I was just wondering what peoples opinion was on which ones they liked more and why.

I have been packing a deke for the last 8yrs and have yet to kill a bird over it. I'm sure they work but I haven't needed one yet but would love to kill a bird over a deke set up.

Personally I have had birds react better to the Dave Smith's and Avian X, but is is just up to how much you want to spend. I have shot birds over silhouette's and foam flambeau types in the past, but the birds don't seem to became as aggressive with the lower quality of decoy.

I use DSD hen decoys and like them a lot. The newer soft body style is great. The original hard body is loud when it scrapes across the brush and such while you're hiking. However I will say I have shot more birds w/out a decoy than with one. I've used the foam and rubber bodied decoys as well and the DSD's have out performed them.
