Interesting you keep having issues with WDFW and they would come to your house at all.  99.9 percent of people would never have even one of the experiences you have had with WDFW.  THIS IS THE BIG ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM.
It's a TIKKA thing..., you may not understand.

Just so I get this straight: this is all about a picture of a fish that was raised out of the water and then released and it should have been kept in the water and released?  :dunno:
Is that what BH45 says it is all about, yes. Is that what it is really about, doubtful... :twocents:
What do you think it is about ? Obviously you birds think there is something else ....Nothen that I am aware of ... Why you holding that sturgeon out of the water ? It must of died when you released it  :dunno: ;)
it didn't die when I released it, it died when I shoved the fillet knife in its gills

Just saying I doubt they raided your house over one picture.
once I get the report you will be first to see it  ;)

:yike: I would like to see this conversation played out face to face......I am sure the complete d***s on here would shut their mouths  :chuckle: BH and his kids must be even more liked than I thought when wdfw is watching their fb page  :yike: ......maybe even a  """""friend""""" reported it  :o :dunno:

Since calling me out you still havent addressed my comments. Ill make it easy and consolidate my question for you.

Because you disagree with the handling rule do you believe that you and your boys are exempt from it?

NO I DO NOT ...But coming to my house with a warrant over a fish is alittle extreme.. all they had to do was come over and I would of saved them alot of time by LETTING THEM IN ! and NO ... You seem to be calling me out ....

Fair enough. I dont have a problem with that as well. I think your relationship, for wgatever reasons, is spilling over and affecting your boys. Like i said earlier.....i dont think they deserve even a citation.

No need for a report, a case number would be just as good.

Hard to believe they handed you a warrant and didn't leave you at least a business card with the officers name and case number. What are you supposed to tell your attorney? "Gee, I opened the door, they barged in with a search warrant, looked through the house and left, no names, no case number, thats it." How is your attorney supposed to help you?

Its really simple BH, just ask them for a copy of the warrant, no need to wait. ;).  What is the case number on your paperwork?

I thought they had to provide you with the warrent before they search?
Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
