Out of the box accuracy is usually great, the accutriggger is good once you get used to it, some think the stock is flimsy but all of mine have shot fine with the factory stock I have six short action Savages that I use to hunt preds with.  On the heavy barreled ones I hog out the barrel channel so the stock can't touch the barrel no matter how I rest the gun, works for me.  I just bought a bunch of raffle tickets on the same rifle, didn't win. second year in a row.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

My brother picked up one in 6.5 creed and it is a shooter
Its like AWS says some people dont like the feel of the stocks but i didnt mind it at all. Im thinking ofpicking up one myself.
Its a heavy gun... a little heavier than i was expecting with the tapered fluted barrle

Dont know where you are located but the Burlington wholesale sports has a 22-250 predator in stock right now if you wanted to take a look at it.

On order and will be here Wedensday,to revisit this a little another question................ BDC scope on a .204 ? Looking at the trajectory it would appear to me it shoots flat enough to not really require one? Thinking of putting the same 4x12 vx2 AO that my .243 sports.

As an aside note, 4 sporting goods stores in the whatcom skagit area didn't have time for me apparantly as they all had a week to work it out,I ordered this through a private FFL guy, talked to him last night at 9 oclock and at 930 this morning he called me back with 3 located and an out the door price. He's got all them outfits beat on customer service I know that.
