“After an epic debate, Colorado Democrats advanced stricter gun-control measures Friday, ensuring that the state will be held up as an example in a national fight over tougher firearm laws,” denverpost.com reports. Late last night, the Colorado House passed HB 1224 (limiting magazine capacity to 15 rounds) and three other bills (after the jump) by voice vote. After a roll call on Monday, the package will sail through the Democratically-controlled Senate and land on Governor Hicklooper’s desk for signature. The bills passed with Tailgunner Joe’s help. “Vice President Joe Biden [on vacation in the Rocky Mountain State] called four House Democrats to get their take on the debate and to note Colorado’s importance in a national discussion on gun control.” Magazine manufacturer Magpul is now certain to up-stakes and take 700 jobs with them. Also passed . . .

Welcome to liberal America, where the truth is condemned and facts are ignored so as not to "offend" anyone

wish people would jsut leave us alone end gun free school zones and give the help to the menally ill they need.
Seems like the power to be just keep things status quoe long enough to get these kind of things going then pass stupid stuff. Then when they say crime goes down but it usually goes down for other reasons than these stupid things they claim they did something good. :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:

Typical liberal mentality, force new laws on law abiding gun owners and expand gun free zones, rather than eliminate gun free zones and enforce existing firearms possession laws, the specific reasons these school shootings are happening. :bash:

This isn't a done deal yet, (it might as well be). It still has to go through the senate. The Dems have majority there also, so its not good. Not to mention Biden just happens "to be vacationing" in Colorado right now.
