Idaho is OTC for everything.  So I assume you don't apply out of state for anything based on that logic

Huntinnw. Bears are a dime a dozen if you are happy with average. I apply looking for a special animal and a special trip to somewhere I've never been before. Hunting for me is about new experiences and enjoyment of the outdoors. But if hunting the same average ridge for the same average animal is your cup of tea. Then thanks for making my draw odds better.

You've obviously got your panties in a bunch because you didn't draw OR and you're trying to keep people from applying next year, time to come clean... you love you some Oregon. Say it with me: I... love... me... some... Oregon!!

I live in Oregon and if I didn't I wouldn't look to Oregon for a hunt. This because you must purchase a hunting license before you can apply for a hunt. If you don't draw a hunt then there is no refunds. Plus Oregon has a 3% cap.... I love Oregon, lived here all my life.... but our game management sucks!
Non resident price is.... $140.50 for license, $8 to apply for a draw tag and $182.50 for bear tag. total $331.00
