How do you measure scope height? Is it center bore to center scope ?

if your talking about ring height it is usuallyfrom top of reciever to bottom of scope tube but have seen some to the center of scope from reciever.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

If you are trying to do this for a ballistic program, then you are correct.  Center of bore to center of scope.
