It seems to say that in the case of a veteran being declared incompetent due to extrem PTSD, head injury, etc, that in those situations the ownership of weapons becomes illegal. 

Same would apply to financial self stewardship.

This board is filled with post after post about gun control not being the answer, that the answer is taking guns from those too ill to responsibly own them.

This is what that looks like.  It is not a blanket letter to all veterans, it is an explanation of what happens to those that are very ill.

  What really is BS on the issue is that all the people who are causing all the problems with gun control never put their lives on the line for their country and a soldier is to listen to this crap ....Soldiers are taught to never give up their firearms ...cause our government is being a little hypocritical ...ya think ?

Always have given the VA guarded information knowing how it can be twisted.
They are doing a disservice to those who earned and need the best care.
The information gained by violating the anonymity of the doctor patient relationship is too juicy and ripe a target for exploitation..

there was an issue on a litmus test that Obama has or was doing. People dismissed that as well. People truly don't believe our gov can or will do the things weve been trying to say they are right now right now people. This isn't negativity it's news and truth.

I read about this a day or two after Obama's Executive orders. It only got like maybe two pages total. People still have their heads in the sand.
This is how it starts baby steps like these. Banks that support Obama's gun grab stopping some guys accts because he sells guns on the internet. guy in NY gets arested for mgazines even though it was deemed to be pre ban... if were serious on this even a pre ban violated the bill of rights we should be mad as haides. A clause accidently my arse... gets put into our own awb ban and only gets taken out because someone said something, but barely a riple over it. universal background checks being passed for private sales. ammo ctrl is a certain reality that is going to happen.

I think I need to make a big purchase ...I need lots of pwder -bullets and casings... actually I did try to buy some .270 brass last month and could not find any anywhere...So when I do I best stock up on what I want because if they can not get what they want they will make it so we can not afford to buy it .. I really do not think people are taking this as serious as they should  After listening to Biden ( which I can not stand ) Telling everyone you do not need Fully automatic and Semi Automatic rifles and then say ....GO BUY A SHOTGUN ....He makes my skin crawl
