When is the opener?

I've been all over the WDFW website,  but I can't find info on the opener this year.  Does anyone have the skinny on the dates of the youth season and the opener?

Season is the same every year: 04/15-05/31.

From what I've heard the Youth weekend is the 6th and 7th of April.
