Multi Season Permit
« on: February 28, 2013, 02:20:53 PM »
I am sure plenty of you have applied and drawn a Multi Season Permit. I have never had any interest, until now. I don't see myself appling for deer, because I like to use a rifle and are far to in-experienced to use the other weapon choices. I have 17 points for elk, but prefer to hunt the westside. I am considering applying to protect myself from having to shoot spikes on the eastside. I don't see myself using the other weapon choices for elk either.

Has anyone used this same "protection method"?
Was it worth it?

It's a personal thing. If you've got the money buy the insurance!! I say that tag fees are the least of the costs when it comes to a hunting mission...sounds like it would be worth it for you.

Big fan here. I don't have weeks to take off during hunting season so the Multiseason permits give me the option of hunting lots of weekends.
With no prior elk points, odds of drawing are slim.

I'd pay 300 for the multi elk every year if I could. But don't tell them that.

No need to tell them; I'm sure they just read it.  8)
