yup i am with you... i am also on that side of the fence with quads and hunting..HOWEVER...
my brother and i have done lots of research for our hunt and will only be riding the 4x4 jeep trails TO our hunting spots then we will be hiking the rest of the way. We are young and dont need a quad all day. but it is a really huge help when gettin an animal out or to get to the high country.
i hear ya

Youre too young to be lazy, get off off ass and hike! Jeep trail or not, quads have no place in the woods during hunting season. But that is just my grumpy ass opinion. Us old timers who have had to pack our critters for miles every year kinda get crotchety about quads especially in wilderness areas.

dude dont be bitter...
my tag is when there is no one else in the woods for any general season.
i hike my ass off when necesarry. we have three tags to fill and not a lot of time to do it so we are trying to make the best of it and cover a ton of ground.
sorry you dont agree but i can assure you i am a hiker not a rider.

Dude, you think a gun rack will help you hit tail...?
Sorry, couldn't resist.

Im bitter because I dont have 3 BULL tags and a nice quad!
I do like how you converted the rifle to a muzzleloader! Lol
I climed Mt Adams in one day from the parking lot and back. Went up Rainier and many others as well. I can prove that I can hike with the best, under load.
Does that mean I wouldent use a quad if legal to get in aways. NOT. Surprised some of these old foggies can even find the internet...Lol
Go get em...

Is that a 420? I'm waiting for mine to be delivered this week.
