Some scrap 2x4, some plastic visqueen (sp?), and some plexiglass.....lever arm trigger to a release to an old toilet seat or something.....

This video in the beginning if you look close, Shows the trigger mechanism pretty decently. The target just rolls back, which pulls a pin out from the seat and lets u go plop.
