I really need some time away to relax some.

That right there is what this is all about!!!

Will not be able to make it, something has come up...

Dude, that sucks.  I hope it's something good, something you are looking forward to.  I've only met you once briefly, you seemed like a good guy!

I can bring a 6` folding table, 2 picnic tables, also have 3umbrellas,2 with stands. Sheryl and Angel will be baking cookies and homemade macaroni salad as well.

hrd
I will include any and all outdoor furniture I have including about 8 chairs and another couple of round tables.

will give you a ring Wednesday evening say around 6 to arrange delivering date and time.

Ken

I'm catching a bunch of flak from the SO she says I committed to relay for life first but I've convinced her this was first and that I can do both.

What do I need to bring.

Pretty much whatever you want to.  I think most everything we "need" is covered, we have pulled pork, brisket, beans, salad, h2o is bringing a couple desserts, smossy's girl is bringing plates/cups/stuff like that, I've seen duck chili, veggie trays, coolers with soda & water, I'll be throwing a few chickens on the smoker, there's kabobs, raccoon who-knows-what from lokidog, cookies and macaroni salad........  I think I'm gonna have to roll some of you out of here with all this food!

Anyone who is wondering what to bring, I would say just bring something you like, or something that you like to use to show off your cooking skills!  Again, game meat and home grown veggies and homemade breads/cheeses, stuff like that, I'm sure would be great!

I also found hunter orange balloons, so look for those on your way driving here to mark the turns.  Now if we could just get a couple dry days so I could get the lawn mowed in time!

Oh, and anybody local got a log splitter I could borrow for a couple hours?  That'll help open up more parking, and it'll get me out of having to split it all the hard way!

I am going to bring some Antelope skirt steak. Do it up like Carne Asada meat for Fajitas or whatever. Do we need more BBQ's?

We should be fine on bbq's.  One charcoal, one 4 burner gas, plus 2 burner coleman camp stove if necessary.  Antelope carne asadas sounds awesome!

Also just noticed I have a whole unopened can of cougar gold cheese in the fridge....
